• 3M Performance Soft Sanding Sponges get into tight spots for auto body finishing repairs and touch ups
• For added versatility, they can be used for either wet or dry sanding
• Flexible foam sanding pad easily contours and wraps around curved surfaces such as bumpers, complex body lines, headlight openings, door handles, door jambs and more
• The soft foam backing helps to evenly distribute pressure points during hand sanding, creating a smooth and consistent finish
• 320-400 grits are used for sanding putty, glaze and primer
• 800-1000 grits are used for lightly scratching the area around a repair before painting
• 1200-1500 grits, are used for paint finishing and for sanding clear coat
• Use during Stages 3 and 4 of the 3M body repair system
