Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with tags and packaging)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Certain products are excluded (see Non-Returnable Items below)

Important Note for Automotive & DIY Products:

For safety reasons, all Auto Body Repair materials, Caulking & Sealants, and Car Cleaning chemicals must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used Caulking, Sealants & Adhesives
  • Used Car Cleaning Kits or products
  • Opened First Aid supplies
  • Custom or special order items (including select Cabinet & Furniture Hardware)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request using our Return Request Template below
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship the package to our warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your financial institution)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item in your request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
  4. Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item (especially important for Bedroom Furniture or Automotive parts):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like Boating & Marine equipment or Fitness & Exercise machines.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
